Prado also supports SLIP and C/SLIP connections.
SLIP stands for Serial Line Internet Protocol. CSLIP is a version of
SLIP that has header compression.
SLIP and C/SLIP are older protocols, which do much of what the current PPP does.
Folks who know more about this say that PPP is actually a slightly better standard;
if you have a choice you should probably use PPP.
